Responsibilities Safely transport products from the facility to various customer locations. Ensure timely deliveries while adhering to all traffic laws and safety regulations. Maintain accurate records of deliveries and pick-ups, including obtaining customer signatures. Inspect and maintain the delivery vehicle to ensure it is in good working condition. Communicate effectively with the team and customers regarding delivery status and any issues that arise. Provide outstanding customer service by addressing customer concerns and inquiries during deliveries. Assist in loading and unloading products, ensuring proper handling to maintain product integrity. High school diploma or equivalent. Valid driver's license with a clean driving record. Previous delivery or logistics experience preferred. Strong time management skills and ability to prioritize tasks. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Familiarity with local traffic laws and regulations, particularly in the cannabis industry.
