Description Position Overview The Delivery Driver will be heavily involved in handling regular deliveries to our Commercial Customers. They will also be responsible for delivering both product & equipment to our retail customers and rental/service customers. The Delivery driver will support the warehouse team on an as-needed basis. Essential Duties and Responsibilities Partner with the Warehouse Supervisor and Operations team to handle all aspects of product delivery to customers. Verify product from loading ticket. Confirm all paperwork is correct, noting any product damages or discrepancies. Secure customer signatures upon delivery of rental items. Safely load and unload products/equipment. Observe all state and local driving laws as well as company policies and procedures. Maintain a clean working environment and keep vehicles clean (interior and exterior). Demonstrate excellent customer service to our customers and co-workers. Instruct customers on equipment operation. Adhere to Safety guidelines per company policy and OSHA. Operate a box van, pickup truck, or other assigned vehicle in a safe and courteous manner. Other Duties May Include Assist with unloading of delivery trucks. Assist with pulling & staging products/equipment for deliveries. Minimum Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent. Ability to and be able to pass a DOT physical examination. Possess a valid in-state driver’s license with an acceptable driving record. Familiarity with warehouse equipment and machinery, such as forklifts and pallet jacks. Computer/software literacy. Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment. Commitment to safety standards and practices in the workplace. Standing, walking, lifting (up to 60lbs) and climbing. Ability and willingness to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays to meet the needs of the business ***Job responsibilities may change based on the needs of the business.
