JOB DESCRIPTION:

IgniteDrive Warehousing & Logistics Solutions is looking for a Permanent Full Time (PPT) Driver working on the day shift to join our team in London. As part of this team, you will be responsible for delivering orders safely and efficiently while providing exceptional customer service. Additionally, you will assist with warehouse operations, including picking, packing, shipping, and inventory management. The primary responsibility is delivery using a G Class or D Class license to operate a company truck, with warehouse support as needed.

REQUIREMENTS:

  • A valid G and or D License and maintain a clean driving record.
  • Good organizational and time management skills.
  • Familiarity with warehousing practices and methods.
  • Ability to lift heavy objects up to 50 lbs.
  • Current forklift license (preferred).
Responsibilities
  • Provide an exceptional customer experience at every interaction.
  • When requested by customers, verifying quantity ordered versus quantity received; complete necessary paperwork and report discrepancies.
  • Delivery orders on time, in a safe and efficient manner.
  • Complete daily circle checks, report all major and minor defects immediately.
  • Ensures shipments delivered are in good condition and accurate by: inspecting load for damage.
  • Pick up returns with accurate and documented paperwork. Report them into the warehouse supervisor.
  • Navigate our Delivery software and complete transactions in full.
  • Ability to understand truck load plans, load and unload their vehicle when necessary.
  • Understands company policies, terms and product warranties.
  • Ability to work within our RF warehouse system.
  • Support the warehouse and showroom, which can include but not limited to warehouse Picking, packing, sorting, cleaning, shipping etc.
  • Maintains a clean vehicle (Cab and Box) at all times.
  • Continuously practice safe driving, truck safety and follow all MTO requirements.
  • Maintains a safe work environment by working in a safe manner, following current safety rules, maintain equipment, and maintaining a clean work area.
  • Follow all Health & Safety procedures at all times.
  • Attends training, and general company meetings.
  • Maintains current department accuracy and efficiency standards and follows department standard operating procedures.
  • Other duties as assigned.
