ESSENTIAL SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE

To be successful in this role, you’ll need:

  • A manual UK driving licence (maximum of 6 penalty points).
  • Previous experience in customer-facing roles.
  • Strong verbal communication skills (in-person and over the phone).
  • Physical fitness to manage the demands of the role (you’ll be handling bulky items like furniture, appliances, beds, and more).
  • A solid understanding of basic technology.

DESIRABLE SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE

It’s great if you also have:

  • Experience installing and disconnecting white goods.
  • TV mounting or setup experience.
  • Flat-pack furniture assembly skills.

ABOUT THE ROLE

At Chyone Logistics, we’re proud to deliver more than just parcels - we bring expert service and a seamless experience right to our customers’ homes. As an Delivery driver installer based out of one of our Customer Delivery Hubs, you’ll work as part of a 2-person crew delivering and installing a wide range of products including furniture, large appliances, home electronics, and more.
This hands-on role is perfect for those who enjoy practical work, take pride in providing excellent customer service, and thrive in a fast-paced, physically active environment.
Please note: You must be 21 or over to apply for this role due to the nature of the work.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Each day will begin at your assigned delivery hub, where you’ll prepare for your delivery route and then head out to serve our customers. You’ll be responsible for:

  • Representing Chyone Logistics with professionalism and a focus on outstanding customer service.
  • Assisting in loading your vehicle with the day’s deliveries alongside the warehouse team.
  • Respecting each customer’s home and handling any challenges with a problem-solving mindset.
  • Installing products quickly and safely, and ensuring customers are confident in using them.
  • Keeping up to date with product knowledge and new technology to support effective installations.
  • Following all safety procedures to maintain a safe working environment for you and your team.
