OVERVIEW

We are seeking a reliable and dedicated Driver to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for picking up material safely and efficiently while providing excellent customer service. This role requires strong time management & organisational skills and the ability to operate commercial driving vehicles (cube vans). The Driver will also assist in warehouse operations, including heavy lifting and moving items as needed.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record; commercial driving experience is preferred but not required.
  • Experience in warehouse operations is a plus, including familiarity with heavy lifting techniques.
  • Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate clearly and effectively.
  • Physical stamina to perform heavy lifting and moving tasks as required.
  • Must be able to speak/read/understand English.
  • Ability to consistently follow directions/instructions provided by Management.
  • A proactive attitude towards problem-solving and teamwork in a fast-paced environment.
  • Criminal background check will be required.

Responsibilities
  • Safely operate company vehicles.
  • Load and unload products, ensuring proper handling and storage.
  • Perform routine vehicle inspections and maintenance checks to ensure safety and compliance.
  • Communicate effectively with customers regarding delivery schedules and any potential issues.
  • Collecting payments from clients on location.
  • Assist in warehouse tasks, including unloading/loading vehicles and processing materials.
  • Maintain Certification compliance by adhering to policies & procedures set forth by Management.
  • Maintain accurate records of deliveries, including mileage, fuel consumption, and delivery confirmations.
