Under the guidance of the Warehouse Coordinator, the Driver is responsible for delivery of products to customers, shipping agencies, customer service, etc. This is a “last mile” driver who delivers to the final destination, direct to customer - businesses, residences, condos, etc., during daytime business hours.

QUALIFICATIONS / EXPERIENCE REQUIRED

High School diploma
G license with a clean driver’s abstract
Driving experience: 2 years
Able to lift up to 50 lbs. on a repetitive basis
Team oriented with good interpersonal skills and positive attitude
Good communication skills and cultural sensitivity
Time management and ability to prioritize in a fast-paced environment
Computer/technology skills including basic Word, Excel, Google Maps, etc.

Pick up and load product into delivery vehicle.
Check accuracy of product against packing slips.
As a “last mile” Driver, accurately deliver product directly to customers / shipping agencies and follow delivery procedures.
Assist with loading / unloading of product.
Perform pre- and post-trip inspection of vehicle to ensure safety.
Complete and submit all required documentation.
Provide exceptional customer service.
Operate material-handling equipment within warehouse such as forklifts, pump trucks, dollies, etc.
Follow planned delivery routes for optimal timing and distance.
Adhere to cleaning schedule for vehicle.
Follow health and safety procedures.
Support warehouse operations as required.
