Long‑Term Care Delivery Driver HomeTown Pharmacy is seeking a dependable Long‑Term Care Delivery Driver to support our LTC operations. This role represents our pharmacy at each facility and requires professionalism, accuracy, and strong customer interaction. Schedule: Weekends, part time.  Why You’ll Love It Here * A fast‑paced, supportive environment * A team that values positivity, teamwork, and fun * Opportunities to help people every single day What You’ll Do * Support the pharmacy team in meeting delivery and service goals. * Provide friendly, efficient service to customers and facility staff. * Deliver medications to Long Term Care facilities and patient homes. * Follow all safety, health code, and company standards. * Adhere to procedures in the Delivery Department Manual. * Verify deliveries with facility staff and return signed manifests. * Collect required forms, medications, and BUBs for return to the pharmacy. * Ensure all returned meds include a completed Return Med Log. * Perform basic troubleshooting on medication carts and fax machines. Required Skills & Qualifications * Maintain clear vision for day and night driving. * Strong customer service and communication skills. * High attention to detail and solid time‑management. * Good organizational and basic computer skills. * Willingness to learn new processes. * Valid, clean driver’s license. * Ability to work independently.
Responsibilities
The delivery driver will transport medications to long-term care facilities and patient homes while maintaining accurate records. They are also responsible for performing basic troubleshooting on pharmacy equipment and ensuring all safety and health protocols are followed.
