Description Reports To: Operations Manager Location: Southwest Arkansas, Northwest Arkansas, Central Arkansas General Duties: Transport, deliver, and merchandise products for retail accounts. Job Responsibilities: Safely operate the vehicle and equipment Manage truck inventory and perform daily reconciliation Deliver and merchandise products for retail accounts, ensuring compliance with MK delivery and merchandising standards Collect and reconcile payments from retail accounts Participate in weekend pull-up rotation as required Maintain a professional appearance at all times Keep CDL eligibility current at all times Complete training with successful outcomes in a timely manner Comply with all relevant laws and regulations Requirements Qualifications: Minimum age requirement: 21 years old CDL preferred but not required Basic math skills Legible writing skills Strong verbal communication skills Ability to perform essential physical job functions successfully through job simulation testing Successful completion of all DOT testing, including drug testing Must be insurable by the company's MK commercial carrier This Delivery Driver position involves the transportation and delivery of products to retail accounts, as well as merchandising and payment collection.
