REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

• 2+ years of experience in logistics, delivery operations, or transportation management (foodservice or wholesale preferred)
• Proven leadership experience managing teams in a high-volume, time-sensitive environment
• Strong understanding of routing, dispatch, fleet safety, and compliance best practices
• Ability to lead with empathy, accountability, and a solutions-first mindset
• Excellent communication skills—clear, direct, and supportive
• Experience using logistics tools or route management software
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
• Ability to work early morning shifts and respond to off-hours issues as needed

WHAT THIS ROLE IS ABOUT:

As our Delivery Team Manager, you’ll be the backbone of our delivery operations—leading a team of drivers, refining delivery systems, and ensuring that our bagels get where they need to go on time and in perfect condition. You’ll oversee daily route planning, fleet coordination, safety, and driver performance while maintaining clear communication with internal departments like production and customer service.
