Description

Basic Function: To deliver building materials and products to and from customer job sites. Responsibilities: * Load, Deliver, and unload company vehicles in accordance with delivery invoices to include lifting and carrying merchandise, lumber and building materials. * Prepare customer orders to include retrieving merchandise and materials from storage areas in accordance with customer invoices. * Operate fork lift to load, unload and stock merchandise as needed. * Adhere to all approved company policies and procedures. * Report customer complaints to Manager. * Inventory goods and notify Manager of shortages and needed goods to be ordered. * Perform other related duties as assigned. * Removal & Shoveling of Snow from material piles and yard during Winter Months Skills: * Customer Service * Basic Math Skills * Basic Reading Skills * Heavy Lifting up to 100lbs Education/Training: Experience: * Prior lumber yard experience * Prior building materials experience * Clean Driving Record Certifications/Licenses: Fork Lift Position Reports to: Dispatcher / Store Manager Mon - Fri 7:00a - 5:00 Rotational Saturdays 7:00a - 12pm 45+
