POSITION OVERVIEW

We are seeking reliable and physically capable Sprinter Van Delivery Drivers to join our team for deliveries. This is a per-stop compensation position ideal for drivers who want flexibility and earning potential based on performance.

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:

• Must be physically strong and capable of lifting heavy items
• Ability to handle large and bulky appliances, furniture, and building materials
• Comfortable with repeated lifting, carrying, and maneuvering of oversized items
• Stamina for full-day delivery routes

DRIVER QUALIFICATIONS:

• Valid driver’s license with clean driving record
• Experience driving commercial vehicles (Sprinter van experience preferred)
• Ability to navigate efficiently using GPS systems
• Professional appearance and customer service skills
• Reliable and punctual work ethic
• Available to work Monday through Saturday

• Safe delivery of merchandise to customers
• Proper handling and care of large/bulky items during transport
• Professional interaction with customers at delivery locations
• Accurate completion of delivery documentation
• Vehicle inspection and basic maintenance awareness
• Following all safety protocols and delivery procedures
