We are seeking a reliable and motivated Delivery Driver to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for transporting goods safely and efficiently to various locations. This role requires a strong attention to detail, excellent driving skills, and the ability to handle freight and heavy equipment. As a Delivery Driver, you will play a crucial role in ensuring customer satisfaction through timely deliveries.

EXPERIENCE

  • Proven experience in commercial driving or delivery roles is preferred.
  • Familiarity with freight handling and logistics processes is a plus.
  • Experience operating forklifts or heavy equipment is advantageous.
  • Basic knowledge of automotive repair can be beneficial for maintaining delivery vehicles.

Responsibilities
  • Safely operate delivery vehicles to transport goods to designated locations.
  • Load and unload freight, ensuring all items are secured properly during transit.
  • Conduct pre-trip and post-trip inspections of the vehicle to ensure safety and compliance with regulations.
  • Maintain accurate records of deliveries, including delivery logs and receipts.
  • Communicate effectively with dispatchers and customers regarding delivery schedules and any potential delays.
  • Operate forklifts and other heavy equipment
