The successful candidate will be responsible for transporting goods to various locations while ensuring timely and safe delivery. This role requires excellent driving skills, attention to detail, and the ability to handle heavy lifting. SKILLS

• Previous experience as a delivery driver is preferred.
• Valid driver’s licence with a clean driving record; experience driving a driver or commercial vehicle is advantageous.
• Familiarity with warehouse operations and logistics processes is beneficial.
• Ability to perform heavy lifting and physical tasks associated with loading and unloading goods.
• Strong communication skills for effective interaction with customers and team members.

• Safely operate a delivery vehicle to transport goods to designated locations.
• Load and unload items, ensuring proper handling of products during transit.
• Conduct pre-trip and post-trip inspections of the vehicle to ensure safety and compliance.
• Maintain accurate records of deliveries, including delivery logs and customer signatures.
• Communicate effectively with dispatch and customers regarding delivery schedules and any issues that may arise.
• Adhere to all traffic laws and regulations while driving.
• Assist with warehouse duties as needed, including inventory management and organisation of goods.
