Our company is looking for a Customer service representative/delivery driver to be responsible for delivering batteries to our already established customers, generating leads and meeting sales goals.
We have an exciting large range of products that is now well recognised in the Australian marketplace. While this position is directed to servicing the South side of the river, there is growth for the Southern side also. We pride ourselves on team players, which offers the best support and tools to assist each staff member like family. It is an industry that is growing at an exciting rate and would like someone with likeminded values.

Duties will include replenishing an existing customer base’s stock levels and ensuring the products are perfectly presented, always delivering the best possible service and products. Our customers’ needs are the most essential and we strive to be the best as our products demonstrates this also.

• Visiting clients and potential clients to evaluate needs or promote products and services.
• Maintaining client records.
• Answering client questions about credit terms, products, prices, and availability.
• Negotiating contracts with potential clients
• Ensuring our products are always kept clean and in the best possible condition.
• Driving a van and Heavy lifting of batteries is required

ESSENTIAL REQUIREMENTS

• Previous experience in the battery industry is preffered but not essential.
• Sales rep or product delivery role experience
• Organising and prioritising traits
• Time management
• Good communication, interpersonal and customer service skills
• Driver Licence Required
• Medical Clearance required
• Personal Hygiene & presentation
  It is essential that you can demonstrate success in building customer relationships and generating significant sales within the Automotive, Mining, Marine, Industrial Industry. A similar role within the battery industry or automotive industry would be advantageous but not essential. Similarly, previous experience in implementing Sales, Maintenance and Reliability improvements will also be very highly regarded.
