• Represent SRS to customers in a friendly and professional manner
• Deliver sensitive pharmaceutical items on time and in excellent condition
• Use scanning devices and complete basic delivery paperwork
• Maintain security of stock during transport
• Work collaboratively with the wider team to improve service standard
