Sleep Shop is hiring a Delivery Driver/Swamper who can handle physical work and is committed to putting the company first. REQUIREMENTS

  • Start and end day at our Richmond, Warehouse (12540 Bridgeport Road)
  • Physically capable of lifting and moving heavy items regularly.
  • Permanent Resident and or valid Work Permit
  • Valid BC Class 5 driver’s license with a clean record.
  • Fluent in reading and writing English.
  • Prior experience with hand tools is required.
  • Strong work ethic and willingness to tackle physical, hard work.
  • Time management skills and a team-oriented mindset.

SUMMARY

As a Delivery Driver/Swamper for Mattress & Furniture, you will be instrumental in ensuring timely and efficient delivery of products while providing exceptional customer service. This role requires strong communication skills and the ability to perform heavy lifting, as you will handle various items using hand tools. A Class 5 Licence is essential for this position, along with relevant experience in commercial driving and warehouse operations. Your dedication to time management and customer satisfaction will contribute significantly to our team’s success in delivering quality service in a fast-paced environment.

  • Load, unload, and secure items, lifting up to 80 lbs comfortably.

  • Use a mobile app to manage delivery routes and updates.
  • Maintain delivery records and report order issues.
  • Assist in the warehouse as needed.
