We are looking for a Temporary Delivery Driver to join the Hoxton Team delivering bread, pastries and coffee across Hampshire, Dorset, Surrey, Sussex, Wiltshire, Berkshire and the greater London area. This role is to cover absence until the end of August but may extend beyond this.

You will be:

• Over 25 with a full clean driving licence
• Have experience in driving long wheel based vans as a delivery driver
• Ideally have knowledge of north Hampshire and London
• Must be reliable, hardworking and punctual
• Have a positive attitude with great communication skills
• Able to provide good customer service
• Flexibility to work both weekdays and weekends
• Preferable living within a 10 mile radius of Southampton

There may also be the opportunity for overtime to cover other drivers’ holiday/busy seasonal periods.

A bit about the role:

• Shift starts 2am
• Working six days a week
• Collecting and loading stock into the van
• Multi-drop delivery routes, and delivering stock to customers specifications
• Maintaining the Vans to a high standard
• Understanding our business
• Maintain Hygiene standards

Hoxton Bakehouse is an Artisan bakery making handmade sourdough bread, cookies, cinnamon buns, and Viennoiserie pastries. We bake over 1 million loaves and pastries a year, with a mission to bring better bread to more people. We have an ever growing wholesale business and six retail stores which sell not just our bread and pastries but also our own roasted Seadog coffee.
