This position is also assigned other duties such as maintaining the yard and unloading and loading equipment. Essential Functions Delivery of Equipment Transportation of equipment between locations Load and Off Load Equipment from Trucks Answering phones and emails as well as responding to messages Ensuring Paperwork is signed correctly Organizing Inventory on the yard Perform inventory counts assigned by Manager Maintaining Vehicle Perform other duties that may be assigned by the Branch Manager. QualificationsMinimum Education and/or Experience CDL Required. Must have one year of experience, preferably in the compact equipment industry. High School Degree or equivalent is preferred. Knowledge and Skills CDL Required Able to lift 40 pounds on a consistent basis Able to operate compact construction equipment Able to communicate with customers effectively Able to work with a wide range of personalities in a courteous, effective, and professional manner. Able to work with minimal supervision.
