Additional Pay Opportunities:   Pay raise opportunity at 2 months, 6 months and 12 months of employment Position Summary This position is primarily responsible for the safe and efficient unloading of materials from DOT-regulated vehicles, with occasional loading responsibilities. The role ensures all deliveries comply with federal and state transportation regulations. Key duties include verifying product to shipping documents, securing loads, and maintaining clear communication with drivers, onsite personnel, logistics staff, and customers. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, safety-focused, and physically capable of handling repetitive tasks in a fast-paced environment. Schedule: Monday - Friday Schedule varies depending on deliveries, Monday through Friday work week. (Start hours can range as early as 12:30 AM - 5:00 AM; until route is completed.) Key Responsibilities * Safely transport and deliver materials to various customer locations following assigned routes and schedules. * Load and unload delivery vehicles, with a primary focus on unloading. * Inspect vehicles before and after trips; report mechanical issues, defects, or accidents promptly. * Maintain accurate delivery records and verify all loading paperwork and shipment details. * Follow DOT regulations and company safety policies at all times. * Communicate professionally with customers, drivers, onsite personnel, and logistics staff. * Represent Counter-Form, LLC in a professional and courteous manner. *  Perform other warehouse or delivery-related duties as assigned. Qualifications * Proven experience as a delivery or route driver. * Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record. * Ability to lift 50–100 pounds and sit/drive for extended periods. * Excellent time management, organizational, and communication skills. * Willingness to undergo background and drug screening. * Must meet minimum age and Motor Vehicle Report (MVR) requirements per company insurance policy. Employment Standards * Ability to read and interpret delivery orders and release paperwork. * Strong attention to detail with a commitment to safety and accuracy. * Effective verbal and written communication skills. * Ability to follow instructions and work both independently and as part of a team. * Basic knowledge of material handling and warehouse practices.
