We are looking for reliable and motivated individuals who can follow instructions and meet the demands of our package delivery service. As a self-employed delivery associate (DA) you will join our team of dedicated individuals delivering parcels all across Northern Ireland. You will be responsible for working for yourself. You will be backed by us and we will provide everything you need ensuring you have all the tools for the role.

We operate 7 days per week on a rota, and looking for individuals who can work between 3 and 6 days per week, including at least 1 weekend day.

REQUIREMENTS

• 3 years driving experience at a minimum.
• No delivery experience necessary, Full training will be provided.
• 3-6 days out of 7-day week., inc. 1 weekend day.
• Pay: 2 weeks in lieu of the start and weekly pay thereafter.

QUALIFICATIONS, EXPERIENCE & SKILLS REQUIRED

• Must be a team player and have a positive attitude towards customer satisfaction.
• Excellent reliability and attendance, safety, and work record
• Independent problem solver with good communication skills.
• Full Clean Driving License (6 points max) and no DR – driving under the influence of alcohol/drugs or IN- uninsured code endorsements, - Mandatory exclusion.
• Commercial or Delivery experience - desirable but not necessary
• Willing to provide disclosure background check
• Requires some manual handling. Able to lift/push up to 22kgs.
• Able to complete jobs within allotted time schedules consistently.
• Must be self-motivated and able to work at pace without direct supervision or instruction

• Safely operate a delivery van to transport goods to designated locations.
• Perform manual handling tasks, including heavy lifting and loading/unloading of items.
• Maintain effective communication with warehouse staff and customers to ensure timely deliveries.
• Adhere to all traffic regulations and company policies while driving.
• Complete necessary paperwork and maintain accurate delivery records.
• Provide exceptional customer service during interactions at delivery points.
