Description ABOUT US We are a growing distributor/dealer of vinyl and aluminum building products, supplying contractors, builders, and residential/commercial job sites throughout Florida. As our business expands, we are seeking a reliable and safety-minded Delivery Driver to join our team and help maintain our reputation for exceptional customer service and on-time delivery. JOB SUMMARY The Delivery Driver is responsible for safely transporting materials to customers, contractors, and active job sites across the state of Florida—primarily within the Central Florida region. All routes are intrastate and completed within the same workday. This is a hands-on, physical role that may require manually loading or unloading products, securing materials, and interacting directly with customers. The ideal candidate demonstrates professionalism, a positive attitude, and strong attention to safety at all times. RESPONSIBILITIES Driving Duties Safely operate company delivery vehicles on intrastate routes Verify accuracy of delivery tickets and ensure orders are delivered complete. Deliver materials to contractors, builders, and job sites on schedule Load and unload materials using forklift or by hand Verify order accuracy and process delivery tickets Perform required pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections and report findings Maintain clean, orderly, and safe vehicle and loading areas Utilize GPS or route sheets to plan efficient delivery routes Provide courteous, professional service to customers at each delivery Follow all company safety policies and state transportation regulations Document vehicle movement, delivery confirmations, and daily route information. Warehouse & Non-Driving Duties Assist with receiving, inspecting, and stocking incoming materials Pick, stage, and prepare orders for delivery and customer pickup Operate forklifts and material-handling equipment safely Support inventory counts and maintain organization of warehouse materials Help cut, sort, or bundle vinyl and aluminum products when needed Maintain cleanliness of warehouse, yard, and work areas Assist customers and team members with material loading Report equipment or safety issues promptly Requirements REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS · A valid Florida driver’s license (Class E) CDL not required, but prefered Minimum 3 years of verifiable professional driving experience DOT Medical Certificate Clean MVR and ability to pass background screening Ability to lift, move, and handle up to 100 lbs on a routine basis Forklift experience required; certification preferred Ability to read maps, follow GPS routing, and interpret jobsite instructions Strong commitment to safe vehicle operation and workplace safety Professional communication skills and customer-service mindset Ability to work independently and complete assigned routes efficiently MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS Must be 21 years of age or older Ability to conduct and document daily vehicle and forklift inspections Ability to complete delivery paperwork, route logs, and digital confirmations Reliable attendance and willingness to work in varied warehouse and delivery conditions Ability to follow written and verbal instructions accurately
