Optional 5th Day (Monday) as a Telesales Operative (Salary £26,208 pa)
You will be a key part of our business, delivering beer directly to our outlets in the Yorkshire area and beyond. As a brewery ambassador, excellent customer service will be vital in this role.

Duties include:

• Loading vans with beer for deliveries
• Delivering our beers to customers across Yorkshire and beyond (delivery radius up to 130 miles)
• Carrying out general vehicle safety checks and keeping the van clean and tidy
• Providing outstanding customer service — you’ll be a face of our business
• Accurately completing delivery paperwork
• Cash handling
• Picking stock and loading pallets (manual handling)

Requirements for this role:

• Full clean UK driving licence
• Experience of driving 3.5T vans over long distances
• Aged 25+ (for insurance purposes)
• Customer service experience and the ability to interact professionally with customers
• Physically able to lift up to 60kg (the weight of a filled keg) from floor to van
• Good common sense and problem-solving skills
• Flexibility — occasional additional hours may be required
• Forklift Truck certification is a bonus (training will be provided if needed)

Optional 5th Day – Telesales Operative (Mondays):

For candidates interested in extending their role, there is the option to work Mondays in a telesales position. This involves:

• Contacting existing and potential customers to take weekly beer orders
• Following up on leads and promoting seasonal/specialty products
• Updating our sales database and recording interactions
• Working closely with the sales and delivery teams to ensure smooth service

Training and support will be provided for this role. Prior telesales or customer service experience is an advantage but not essential.
