Description Corona Millworks is a custom cabinet door and components manufacturer with locations in Chino, California and Tolleson, Arizona. We are seeking a reliable and motivated Delivery Driver / Warehouse Associate to join our team in Tolleson, Arizona. This position plays a critical role in ensuring customer orders are delivered safely, accurately, and on time while also supporting warehouse operations when not making deliveries. This is a dual-role opportunity involving local intrastate deliveries and warehouse responsibilities in a fast-paced production environment. Requirements Responsibilities & Requirements Maintain a clean driving record. Possess a valid Class A or Class B driver’s license. Make local intrastate deliveries using a 26-foot box truck. Perform required pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections and complete Driver Vehicle Inspection Reports (DVIR). Follow all DOT requirements and company transportation policies. Safely transport and maintain product integrity during deliveries. Follow all company safety policies, quality standards, and standard operating procedures (SOPs). Complete deliveries accurately and efficiently while communicating any issues or delays promptly. Properly complete delivery paperwork, pickup documentation, and collect payments when required. Keep delivery vehicles clean and organized. Assist with warehouse duties and production support when not performing deliveries. Operate forklifts and other material-handling equipment safely. Load and unload materials, carriers, and customer orders safely and efficiently. Assist customers with unloading deliveries when necessary. Provide professional and courteous customer service during deliveries. Ability to professionally communicate with and handle customers in a respectful and service-oriented manner. Address customer concerns or delivery issues professionally and escalate issues when necessary. Strong attendance and punctuality required. Pre-Employment Requirements Must pass a pre-employment background check and drug screening. Must be authorized to work in the United States. Valid Class A or Class B driver’s license required. Clean driving record required. Preferred Qualifications Previous delivery driving experience preferred. Box truck driving experience preferred. Forklift experience preferred. Bilingual in English and Spanish preferred. Strong customer service and communication skills. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Dependable, punctual, and team-oriented attitude. Physical Requirements Ability to frequently lift up to 75 lbs. Ability to stand, walk, bend, twist, and climb throughout the shift. Ability to safely load and unload materials and customer orders. Ability to work in a fast-paced warehouse and manufacturing environment. Ability to work in varying indoor and outdoor temperatures.
