Serving in the Ajax and surrounding GTA area for over 18 years Sklar Peppler Home has a excellent reputation. We are a custom furniture manufacturer with an over 35,000sq showroom carrying a vast assortment of furniture.
We are seeking 1 Full-Time Delivery driver/warehouse worker; to deliver quality service to our customers. As you will be the last point of contact with our customers, when delivering their furniture, we expect top tier customer service. When not out on deliveries you will assume warehouse responsibilities.

• pick/wrap furniture
• Vendor pick ups
• Comfortable using delivery app
• load and unload trucks safely
• assembly of furniture once in clients home
• basic product knowledge of our products
• Cleaning duties
• other warehouse/showroom duties as required
• Weekend availability
• Must speak fluent English

Qualifications:

• Valid G Drivers License for min 7 years
• Principal operator licensed and accident free for at least 7 years
• Clean record for at least 7 years
• Completed Motor Carrier Truckmen Driver History Supplement
• Copy of Commercial Vehicle Driver Record (CVDR)
• Proof of Insurance
• Problem solving abilities
• Experience driving a truck

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $23.00-$25.00 per hour
