We are now looking for a new Delivery Driver/ Warehouse Operative to join our successful team at our Belfast depot.

REQUIREMENTS

You will be required to work currently a 5 day week. Mon - Fri. 8am – 5pm

KNOWLEDGE & EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS

• 2 years’ experience in a Warehouse Environment (desirable )
• Forklift, Counterbalance and Reach truck experience (desirable)
• Excellent communication skills and a strong team player
• Full clean driving license
• Experience within a busy multi drop delivery environment

• Work within a fast-paced dynamic warehouse environment, ensuring a high level of attention to detail
• Daily delivery/ warehouse duties directed by warehouse manager / transport planners
• Checking goods leaving the warehouse that have been picked for your van run, ensuring all goods correctly match delivery dockets and that there are no damages
• Work well as part of a team
• Display a can do attitude and show initiative
• Reporting stock discrepancies / damages to purchasing department
• Ensure compliance of standard warehouse policies & procedures
• Daily maintenance inspections of Forklift machinery/ Van
• Housekeeping duties, maintaining a safe & tidy work environment
• Adhere to company’s H&S policy and procedures at all times
• Help out with large deliveries into the business when required
