Rearo Laminates Ltd is a well-established, successful, family-run organisation serving Trade and Public customers throughout the UK.
We currently have an excellent opportunity for an experienced 3.5 + 7.5 tonne van driver, who will also be involved in warehouse duties, to join our team in Washington.

You’ll have the opportunity to drive our vehicles from our base in Washington, to locations throughout the North of England.
Our normal hours are Mon-Thur 8-4.30, Fri 8-3.30.

Experience:

• Driving 7.5 Tonne vehicle: 1 year (required)
• Driving 3.5 Tonne vehicle: 1 year (required

• Organise deliveries and liaise with other staff members to achieve a high-quality delivery service.
• Ensure the vehicle is loaded and unloaded safely and within the legislation (size, weight, route designations, parking and break periods)
• Complete delivery paperwork and logbooks
• Carry out daily vehicle checks and report maintenance issues immediately.
• Refuel and clean vehicle
• Demonstrate a flexible approach by way of possible early starts and late finishes sometimes at short notice.
• Planning delivery schedules and routes with the branch manager and team
• Maintain an organised warehouse, accept and check stock deliveries, pick orders, put drivers runs up, print delivery schedules, arrange delivery routes

  Pay: £12.44-£13.85 per hour
  Expected hours: 39 per week
