JOB SUMMARY

We are seeking a dedicated and reliable Delivery / Warehouse Worker to join our team. This role involves a combination of driving and warehouse duties, ensuring that products are delivered to customers efficiently and safely. The ideal candidate will have strong customer service skills, experience in warehouse operations, and the ability to handle heavy lifting and moving tasks.

REQUIREMENTS

• Previous experience in a warehouse environment is preferred.
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
• Ability to lift heavy objects (up to 50 pounds) and perform physical tasks throughout the day.
• Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with clients and team members.
• Experience in delivery driving or courier services is advantageous.
• Familiarity with route driving and logistics management is beneficial.

• Operate delivery van, to transport goods to various locations.
• Load and unload products from delivery vehicles, ensuring safe handling of items.
• Navigate delivery routes efficiently while adhering to traffic regulations and safety protocols.
• Provide excellent customer service during deliveries, addressing any customer inquiries or concerns.
• Assist with warehouse tasks such as inventory management, organizing stock, and maintaining a clean work environment.
• Utilize equipment such as forklifts and pallet jacks for moving heavy items within the warehouse.
• Perform routine vehicle inspections and maintenance checks to ensure safe operation.
