Description ICM Solutions is growing, and we’re looking for a hands-on, motivated Delivery Driver & Yard Helper who’s eager to learn and build a career in the crushing, aggregates, and heavy equipment industry. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys being active, working outdoors, and gaining exposure to equipment, parts operations, and field service support. You’ll rotate between the yard, warehouse, and customer deliveries—no two days are the same. If you’re curious, dependable, and want to learn how a leading heavy equipment business operates, we’ll teach you the rest. At ICM, safety is non-negotiable. You’ll be trained to identify and correct unsafe conditions, use TRACK safety practices, and maintain a safe environment for yourself and your team. You must have a clean driving record and the ability to obtain a DOT medical card. What You'll Do You’ll play a key role supporting our team and customers in the following ways: Deliveries & Logistics Deliver parts and components to customers and field technicians across our territory Safely load, secure, and transport materials using trucks and trailers Maintain delivery vehicles in clean, safe, DOT-compliant condition Yard & Equipment Support Perform pre-rental inspections to ensure equipment is safe and ready to go Complete basic maintenance (fluid checks, greasing, filters, washing equipment) Track inventory and report equipment condition or damage Operate forklifts, telehandlers, and yard equipment Warehouse Operations Pick, pack, and process customer orders accurately and efficiently Load/unload inbound and outbound freight Organize and maintain a clean, efficient yard and warehouse Assist with inventory counts, core returns, and documentation Team & Customer Support Work closely with parts, service, and operations teams Support technicians when needed Provide excellent customer service during deliveries and interactions Requirements We’re less focused on experience and more focused on attitude and potential: Strong work ethic, reliability, and willingness to learn Positive attitude and team-first mentality Interest in heavy equipment, mechanics, or construction industries Good communication skills and customer focus Ability to stay organized and handle a fast-paced environment Qualifications: Clean driving record and ability to obtain a DOT medical card Ability to safely operate (or learn to operate) forklifts and similar equipment Ability to obtain MSHA certification Experience pulling trailers is a plus, but not required Why Join ICM Solutions?
