OVERVIEW

We are seeking a dedicated and reliable Delivery Driver to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for transporting food to various locations while ensuring timely and safe delivery. The ideal candidate will possess strong driving skills, a commitment to customer service, and the ability to operate heavy equipment as needed.

REQUIREMENTS

• Valid commercial driver’s license (CDL) preferred; experience in commercial driving is a plus.
• Familiarity with freight handling procedures and regulations.
• Experience operating forklifts or heavy equipment is highly desirable.
• Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to troubleshoot minor vehicle issues.
• Excellent time management skills and the ability to work independently.
• A commitment to providing exceptional customer service at all times.

• Safely operate delivery vehicles to transport goods to designated locations.
• Load and unload freight, ensuring proper handling of materials.
• Conduct pre-trip and post-trip inspections of vehicles to ensure safety and compliance with regulations.
• Maintain accurate delivery logs and records of shipments.
• Communicate effectively with dispatchers and customers regarding delivery status and any issues that may arise.
• Operate forklifts and other heavy equipment as required for loading and unloading tasks.
• Perform basic automotive repairs and maintenance on delivery vehicles when necessary.
