Summary of the Employee's Role: The employee ensures fast, safe, and efficient deliveries while providing excellent customer service. They help optimize routes, manage inventory and keep vehicles in top shape. With a hands-on approach and a problem-solving mindset, they contribute to smoother operations and process improvements—making every delivery count! Duties and Responsibilities Deliver food and packages efficiently and in accordance with the employer's instructions, traffic rules and food safety rules. Handle delivery related customer service. Manage inventory and maintain efficiency and quality of loading and unloading tasks in accordance with the company's instructions. Participate in planning of delivery routes and schedules and help to improve delivery routines and processes. Train new couriers. Perform basic vehicle maintenance, keep vehicles clean and to notify the team lead for any issues related. Perform other tasks as assigned by the company. Working hours and attire: The employee shall work in accordance with scheduled hours. The employee shall use gear, equipment and working clothing in accordance with the company’s instructions. Skills and Attributes Required: The employee must: Be able to carry the duties and responsibilities of the role listed above. Have willingness to contribute to hands-on activities. Be able to collaborate and proactively communicate clearly both verbally and in written form. Be able to prioritize Wolt culture and values.
