We are seeking a dynamic and strategic Delivery Excellence Director to lead and inspire our project and framework delivery teams within the Water UK&I division. This pivotal role will bridge technical excellence, strategic growth, and operational performance, driving both internal improvements and external client success.
At AECOM, we’re at the forefront of innovation, delivering exceptional water programmes and projects through long-term partnerships with major UK water companies and international clients.

Here’s what we’re looking for:

  • Proven leadership in project and framework management within the water or energy sectors.
  • Strong strategic thinking, operational insight, networking and client relationship skills.
  • Expertise in coaching, mentoring, and developing high-performing teams.
  • Strong analytical skills along with experience in developing and implementing strategies.
  • Solid understanding of project controls, risk management, and financial performance metrics.
  • Exceptional communication, stakeholder engagement, and change management abilities.
