Delivery Executive Senior Director - (Onsite Work Location: Houston, TX) Establish Support and project Governance, delivery processes and practices, as applicable for the client engagement, and manage critical operational issues partnering with the offshore leadership. Ensure timely resolution of escalated service delivery problems and minimize the impact of any client service delivery issues Ensure service lines meet current and future capacity requirements Implement metrics reporting to the services delivered Provide accurate forecasting of resources and costs, and drive annual account operations planning, Provide early warning to the appropriate Business Partnership & Planning leaders and team regarding degraded or missed service levels and growth opportunities. 15+ years' experience as a Delivery Lead/Manager including roles or initiatives in Manufacturing Industries and 5+ years in managing delivery operations for >$20M+ Annual revenue. Hands-on experience with various delivery models, AI based solutions, and digital transformation initiatives and methodologies. Proven ability to effectively prioritize and execute tasks in a high-pressure environment. Experience in leading S/W development projects/solutions and Application Maintenance & Support engagements with Agentic AI based tools and solutions. Experience in driving consistent revenue growth and profitability for the account/company Strong client engagement and presentation skills to C level executives with an innate ability to influence.
