Description

We are looking for a skilled and dedicated Delivery Manager to oversee our supply chain operations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing logistics, warehouse activities, and transportation processes to ensure efficient delivery and distribution of our construction materials and services. Your role will involve coordinating with teams in procurement, production, and project management to streamline logistics operations in support of our construction activities. Key Responsibilities Develop and implement Delivery strategies to optimize the supply chain process. Oversee transportation and warehouse operations, ensuring timely and cost-effective delivery of materials. Manage inventory levels and storage solutions effectively. Lead a team of Riders, providing training and support to enhance performance. Collaborate with suppliers and vendors to establish logistics contracts and service agreements. Analyze logistics data to identify opportunities for cost reduction and efficiency improvements. Ensure compliance with safety regulations, company policies, and industry standards. Address and resolve any logistical issues or emergencies that may arise. Proven experience as a Logistics Manager in the construction industry is preferred. Strong understanding of supply chain management and logistics operations. Exceptional leadership and team management skills. Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities. Proficient in logistics software and Microsoft Office Suite. Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines. Strong communication and negotiation skills. Relevant qualifications in logistics, supply chain management, or a related field are preferred. Competitive compensation package.
