Job Description: As GBS Delivery Information Clerk you will be using internal systems to trace packages and locate proof of delivery for customers, always providing the highest quality service. This role also involves filing, maintaining reports and liaising with customers over claims. You will also be communicating with other departments both within the GR and worldwideRole Overview This is a specialized clerical and customer service role focused on finding packages and processing formal customer claims. You will ensure the timely and accurate handling of all claims while maintaining the highest service standards Job Duties Package Tracing: Utilizing internal tracking systems to locate shipments, working with Security, package Operations and other teams to resolve inquiries. Proof of Delivery: Finding and providing delivery documentation to customers. Customer Communication: Act as the primary point of contact for claims, providing timely updates and professional resolutions via phone and email. Required Qualifications Education: High school diploma or equivalent. Experience: 1–2 years of mandatory customer service experience. Skills: Excellent communication skills and telephone etiquette. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and computer literacy. Strong attention to detail for managing records. Ability to work independently and under pressure to meet deadlines Very good English skills Key Competencies Reliability: Punctual and professional demeanor.
