As a Delivery & Installation Assistant, you will play a vital role in ensuring a seamless end-to-end customer experience, from warehouse dispatch to in-home delivery and installation. Working alongside the Lead Driver, you will help deliver and install premium Fisher & Paykel products safely, efficiently, and professionally. This role combines driving support, hands-on installation, customer service, and operational assistance, while upholding the highest standards of safety, compliance, and brand representation. You will be a key ambassador of the Fisher & Paykel brand, creating positive customer experiences that reflect our commitment to quality and care. Your Key Responsibilities: Share driving responsibilities with the Lead Driver (where licensed), ensure the vehicle is safe, compliant, clean, and fully operational, and complete all required checks and driver system documentation. Receive, load, unload, and safely manoeuvre products using correct manual handling techniques to ensure goods are delivered in perfect condition and on time. Professionally deliver, install, and connect non-fixture Fisher & Paykel products within customers’ homes, remove old appliances where required, and provide helpful, respectful assistance at every interaction. Assist with trade deliveries, warehouse operations, paperwork completion, defect reporting, and ensure full compliance with company processes and procedures. Follow all Health & Safety requirements, report hazards and incidents, take responsibility for personal and team safety, and act as a brand ambassador by delivering a premium, customer-focused experience at all times. About you: Full, clean driver’s license is essential Positive, can-do attitude with a willingness to learn. No direct delivery or installation experience is required - we’re looking for someone reliable, proactive and eager to develop new skills. Physically fit and comfortable in a hands-on role, including lifting, loading and unloading appliances safely as part of a team. Strong communication skills, with confidence supporting the Lead Driver and providing friendly, professional service in customers’ homes. Safety-conscious and detail-oriented, committed to carrying out vehicle checks, following processes, completing documentation accurately, and maintaining high Health & Safety standards. Responsibilities

The assistant will share driving duties, ensure vehicle safety, and handle the safe loading, delivery, and professional installation/connection of premium appliances in customer homes. Responsibilities also include removing old appliances, completing necessary paperwork, and strictly adhering to all Health & Safety protocols.
