About the job We’re seeking an experienced Delivery Lead to manage a portfolio of projects across digital and growth initiatives, leading core teams and third-party suppliers to deliver top-tier work and solutions, on time and within budget. This role requires strong leadership, commercial oversight, and senior stakeholder engagement, with accountability for delivering measurable business outcomes. Key Responsibilities Lead end-to-end delivery of diverse digital projects Manage internal teams and outsourced suppliers to ensure successful execution Own project scope, governance, risk, and financial management Develop business cases and present at investment/decision forums Align delivery with wider portfolio and business strategy Identify and manage interdependencies, risks, and blockers Oversee supplier selection, commercial negotiations, and performance Ensure accurate reporting on progress, risks, and financials Drive smooth transition from project to BAU Experience Required Proven track record delivering complex programmes in fast-paced environments Experience working within outsourced delivery models Strong commercial and financial management capability Confident engaging and influencing senior stakeholders Strong governance, risk, and change management expertise Resilient, adaptable, and comfortable operating in ambiguity Private Healthcare Plan Workplace Pension Work From Home support Generous Training & Development budget
