As we continue to scale, we are committed to maintaining the highest quality standards in our deliveries. To support this growth, we are looking for a Delivery Lead to take a central role in managing AI & data projects, ensuring smooth execution, and exceeding customer expectations.

IDEAL EXPERIENCE AND SKILLS:

• 3+ years of experience in technology, IT, and/or consulting.
• Strong experience leading projects, deliveries, and managing customers or stakeholders.
• Prior experience in AI, data, or software development projects (priority in that order).
• Commercial mindset with excellent organizational and client interaction skills.
• Background in consulting is very beneficial - as an agile company we appreciate capability to carry a hybrid-role in our deliveries.
• Familiarity with agile project management tools such as Azure DevOps, Jira, or similar.
• A strong interest in data & AI beyond the hype, with a curiosity for how these technologies create real business value.
• Fluency in English; Finnish is a major plus.

ABOUT THE ROLE:

As a Delivery Lead you will lead the delivery of AI and data-driven projects, working with cross-functional teams consisting of designers, data scientists, and software engineers. You will ensure that projects run efficiently, balancing agile practices, stakeholder management, and business impact.
This is a great opportunity to expand your delivery and project management experience while deepening your expertise in AI. We do not expect you to be an AI delivery expert yet — but we do expect a genuine interest in growing in this direction.
In this role, you will also frequently encounter consultative situations with customers. Being able to advise smoothly when they have a need or challenge—or knowing when to bring in the right expert—is a key part of your success. Your ability to navigate these discussions and build trust will play a critical role in delivering value and strengthening long-term relationships with our clients.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Lead and manage AI & data deliveries, ensuring projects are executed effectively and align with business objectives.
• Utilize agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban) to facilitate smooth project execution.
• Support customers in their AI- and data-related projects, facilitating development activities and fostering collaboration.
• Conduct AI and data assessments to uncover needs and opportunities as well as supporting clients with roadmapping and planning their development activities.
• Manage expectations and ensure that as a team, we match and exceed customer expectations.
• Support pre-sales efforts, actively participating in pre-sales discussions and managing internal teams to develop project proposals.
