Join Barclays as a Delivery Lead, where you’ll be responsible for supporting the delivery of the Corporate Bank resilience program to meet regulatory obligations and avoid intolerable harm to our clients in the event of a range of technology outages. The Delivery Lead will work closely with technology and operations teams across the organisation to drive the delivery of the Corporate Bank’s resilience improvements and response plans.

To be successful, you should have:

  • Experience in leading technical changes and/or complex resilience projects
  • Payments domain knowledge
  • Risk management and problem-solving skills, with the ability to apply thought leadership

  • Stakeholder Management – Comfortable working with a wide range of stakeholders at all levels of the organisation
  • Analytical Background – Experience in a design or analytical role, such as Business Analyst, Solution Architect, Designer, etc.
