Builder.ai is looking for an experienced Delivery Lead to join our UAE software delivery team in Dubai on a full-time basis.

REQUIREMENTS

• 7+ years in software delivery (product ownership, scrum, delivery management)
• Proven experience leading high performing teams of 10-20 people
• 2+ years of people management experience
• A strong understanding of software development methodologies, technologies, and best practices.
• Experience overseeing large portfolios of customer/client projects
• Excellent communication skills to engage with both our customers and your teams
• Track record of using a data driven approache to drive decision making
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Business/delivery management, or related field
• Fluent in Arabic

ABOUT THE ROLE

Builder is looking for an experienced Delivery Lead to join us and play a key role ensuring our Delivery teams continually deliver the highest level of quality and service to our customers. You’ll lead a 10-20 team of Productologists (Customer Product Owners) focusing on the adoption & optimisation of best practices, ways of working, and technologies that enable autonomy and empowerment of the team whilst promoting effective cross-functional delivery across teams.

YOU WILL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR

• Leading a high performing team of Productologists and overseeing our UAE portfolio of customer apps
• Collaborating with clients, internal departments, and cross-functional teams to ensure clear understanding of requirements and alignment on deliverables.
• Adapting to changing priorities and requirements, driving efficiency and agility in delivery processes.
• Continuously evaluating and improving project delivery as per internal processes to enhance efficiency and scalability.
• Identifying and mitigating risks early, developing proactive solutions to avoid project disruptions using data dashboards
• Maintaining a strong focus on end-user experience and technical excellence by providing data driven insights and guidance to team members
• Contributing to pre-sales activities by providing technical and delivery expertise, including project scoping, strategic solution design basis customer persona
