REQUIRED SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS:

• Proven experience in delivery leadership roles within technology or consulting environments.
• Strong understanding of Agile, Lean, and DevOps principles and tools.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Experience managing cross-functional teams and complex delivery programs.
• Financial acumen with experience in budgeting and cost management.
• Ability to foster collaboration and drive continuous improvement.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:

• Experience in financial services or enterprise-scale delivery environments.
• Familiarity with tools such as Jira, Confluence, Azure DevOps, or similar.Certifications such as SAFe Agilist, PMP, or Certified Scrum Master (CSM) are a plus.

• Lead and oversee the end-to-end delivery of projects and programs.
• Manage dependencies, risks, and issues across teams and workstreams.
• Proactively identify and remove delivery blockers to maintain momentum.
• Engage and align stakeholders to ensure shared understanding and commitment.
• Oversee financials, budgets, and resource allocation to optimize delivery efficiency.
• Maximize vendor relationships to enhance delivery capabilities and outcomes.
• Champion iterative delivery practices using Agile, Lean, and DevOps methodologies.
• Stay current with evolving software delivery and organizational change tools and techniques.
• Monitor and report on delivery progress, KPIs, and business value realization.
