We are currently seeking a high calibre professional to join our team as a Delivery Lead. Capital Market and Trading.

Responsibilities

In this role you will

  • Drive project delivery proactively, balancing scope, schedule, interdependencies, budget and risks
  • Assisting business stakeholders with the decomposition of complex business requirements
  • Manage the delivery of complex customer experience enhancements from design through to release by collaborating with diverse stakeholders
  • Empower teams to collaborate and make effective decisions promoting adaptive planning, evolutionary development, early delivery and continuous improvement
  • Ensure risks and issues are identified, managed closely and remove project blockers from the team
  • Lead in various governance forums, discuss, support and communicate with key stakeholders on project progress, delivery plan, risks, issues, escalations and proposals
  • Drive all stakeholders to deliver on time and to the required quality standards and making key decisions to ensure the successful implementation of all initiative
  • Contribute to post implementation reviews to demonstrate success and progress of projects

Requirements

To be successful you will need

  • Knowledge of Wealth Products (Stocks, Bonds, Structured Products, and FX) and related trade flows and project delivery experience
  • Strong experience of managing and implementing complex changes in banking environments
  • Sound judgmental skills to identify and resolve problems
  • Great sense of ownership and servicing mindset to ensure efficient and effective change process
  • Effective communication, inter-personal and negotiating skills
  • Excellent decision making and problem-solving ability
