• Lead the planning, execution and successful delivery of technology initiatives.
• Develop and manage delivery plans, coordinating across teams, vendors and stakeholders to achieve outcomes.
• Monitor and manage risks, issues and dependencies to maintain delivery momentum and value realisation.
• Provide clear delivery insights and reporting to leadership, ensuring visibility of progress, priorities and roadblocks.
• Champion agile, lean and continuous improvement practices while coaching teams to enhance delivery effectiveness.

• Demonstrated experience leading Technology Delivery, with expertise across Agile and Waterfall methodologies.
• Proven ability to manage delivery scope, timelines, priorities and outcomes within complex environments.
• Strong stakeholder engagement, relationship management, negotiation and communication skills.
• Experience identifying, managing and mitigating delivery risks while driving predictable outcomes.
• Technical knowledge of either IT Security or Platforms would be an advantage.
• Proficiency with delivery tools such as Jira and Confluence, coupled with a passion for continuous improvement and leadership.
