Job Title: Delivery Lead Education: Any Graduate Experience: 5+years Location: Hyderabad Key Skills: 5+ years of experience with Oracle EBS / Cloud background. Understanding of the Oracle Cloud ERP project methodology. Exposure to Oracle ERP Cloud systems. Strong communication, interpersonal skills, documentation and status reporting skills. Effective written and verbal communication skills. Ability to work collaboratively in cross-functional environments. Attention to detail Job Description: Assist in planning and executing Oracle ERP Cloud projects. Support development and maintenance of project plans, schedules and status reports. Track project milestones, deliverables, risks, issues, and dependencies. Coordinate project meetings, workshops and stakeholder communications. Maintain project documentation, RAID logs and action trackers. Support scope management and change control processes. Assist with the testing coordination, cutover activities, go-live and hypercare support. Coordinate with the teams on the outstanding open items. Provide timely feedback and status reporting to the PM and other stakeholders. Follow-up with the team on the time-entry and validate the same against the allocation. Responsibilities

The Delivery Lead will assist in planning and executing Oracle ERP Cloud projects, managing project documentation, tracking milestones, and coordinating stakeholder communications. Responsibilities also include supporting testing, cutover activities, go-live, hypercare support, and providing timely status reporting to management.
