About the Role:
As a Delivery Lead Consultant at V2 AI, you will play a pivotal role in helping organisations unlock value through data, AI and modern operating models. You will lead complex programmes that embed data governance, advanced analytics and intelligent platforms at scale, enabling clients to make faster and more informed decisions. Drawing on your technical expertise and leadership skills, you will foster collaboration across engineering, data science and business stakeholders to deliver trusted, production-ready data and AI solutions. This role focuses on shaping operating models that bring together governance, automation and agility, ensuring data and AI are embedded as core enablers of business performance. SKILLS & EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:

• Proven experience in project management in a consultancy within the Information Technology or digital services industry.
• Strong understanding of agile methodologies and experience leading agile project teams.
• 5 + Years leading technical projects
• Strong Technology understanding including a strong grasp of Data, AI and Cloud.
• Technical expertise in software development processes and digital solutions delivery.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills with a client-focused mindset.
• Ability to manage multiple projects concurrently while maintaining high-quality standards.
• Demonstrated problem-solving skills and capacity to adapt to changing priorities.

• Lead the end-to-end delivery of data, AI and digital programmes, ensuring alignment with client objectives and V2 strategic priorities.
• Work with cross-functional teams to design and implement project plans, timelines and budgets that support robust data and AI outcomes.
• Serve as the primary client contact, managing relationships and expectations across the full delivery lifecycle.
• Identify risks and develop mitigation strategies, particularly in areas of data governance, platform reliability and operating model adoption.
• Guide teams through agile ways of working, including sprint planning, stand-ups and retrospectives, to maintain progress and focus.
• Track performance against key metrics to drive continuous improvement and delivery excellence.
• Provide leadership and mentoring, fostering collaboration, accountability and a strong data-driven culture.
