We're looking for an experienced Delivery Lead to join one of Australia's largest enterprise technology teams, leading the delivery of innovative Data & AI initiatives that are transforming how the business uses analytics, automation and Generative AI.

Working within a high-performing Data & AI function, you'll lead cross-functional squads delivering complex technology initiatives from concept through to production, while helping shape the future of AI capability across the organisation.

What you'll be doing

• Lead the end-to-end delivery of Data & AI initiatives
• Manage scope, budgets, timelines, risks and dependencies across multiple projects
• Partner with engineering, data, analytics and business teams to deliver high-quality outcomes
• Drive Agile delivery practices and continuous improvement
• Provide clear delivery reporting and stakeholder communication at all levels
• Coach and mentor engineers while fostering a high-performing team culture
• Help define AI delivery roadmaps and contribute to strategic planning

What we're looking for

You'll be an experienced Delivery Lead or Technical Project Manager who enjoys working in highly collaborative environments and can confidently balance technical delivery with stakeholder management.

You'll bring:

• Strong experience delivering complex technology projects using Agile methodologies
• Exposure to Data, Analytics or AI initiatives
• Experience managing cross-functional delivery teams
• Excellent stakeholder engagement and communication skills
• Strong commercial acumen with experience managing budgets and delivery forecasts
• The ability to manage competing priorities across multiple initiatives
• Previous people leadership or mentoring experience

Highly regarded:

• Experience working with Data Engineering, Analytics or AI platforms
• Previous technical background as a Developer, Engineer, Business Analyst or similar
• Experience delivering GenAI or Machine Learning initiatives
