We are seeking a skilled and experienced Dayforce Delivery Senior Specialist Lead to join our Workforce Payroll Solutions (WPS) team, with strong delivery experience and knowledge in in the delivery of Dayforce software implementation projects. As a Delivery Senior Specialist Lead you will play a crucial role in leading, driving and managing the successful delivery of Dayforce implementation projects for our clients, ensuring they achieve their desired outcomes whilst providing support, advice and guidance to team members.

About the role
The role will involve possessing strong and proven Dayforce delivery expertise and end to end solution knowledge. You will apply this knowledge to successfully direct, lead, manage and deliver Dayforce projects in the role of Dayforce Delivery Senior Specialist Lead. You will be responsible for the successful delivery of large, medium and small scale Dayforce projects.
Specifically, you will provide strong project leadership, monitor and manage the effective resolution or mitigation of project risks and ensure clear, accurate and concise communication on project progress and status to key stakeholders. Furthermore, you will coach and mentor others across the Dayforce and Workforce and Payroll Solutions team to support their growth and development in project leadership and management. You will also receive ongoing management and product training to maintain knowledge and applicable certifications.

You will be someone with a genuine interest in both the human and technical side of HR, payroll and workforce management technology. While you’ll certainly have deep expertise in solution oversight you’ll need to bring an aptitude for consulting in a client-facing environment.

REQUIREMENTS:

Proven experience (min. 5 years) as in the successful delivery of Human Capital technology projects
Knowledge and experience in applying Dayforce delivery methodologies
Demonstrable experience and knowledge of risk and issue identification, management and resolution / mitigation
Demonstrable experience and knowledge in executive level stakeholder engagement and management
Strong and provide project financial management skills including but not limited to resource level planning and budgeting, project forecasting and projections and contingency management
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients and internal teams.
Demonstrated problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
Excellent organisational and time management skills, with the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
Detail-oriented mindset, ensuring accuracy and quality in project deliverables.
Tertiary level qualifications in Business, HR, IT or related areas are advantageous.
