Job Description As Delivery Lead, you will be the central coordination point for multiple global IT teams, ensuring delivery is on track, risks are managed, and every stakeholder is informed. You will work closely with Product Managers, Technical Leads, and R&D stakeholders. Together, you will: Own and optimise Agile ceremonies, risk tracking, and dependency management across multiple product teams Develop and maintain delivery roadmaps in collaboration with Product Managers and Technical Leads, prioritising incremental value delivery Drive successful delivery of prioritised work packages and manage external vendor relationships and commitments Establish delivery metrics and reporting frameworks that provide transparency and enable data-driven decisions Facilitate cross-team collaboration, act as an escalation point for impediments, and contribute to the broader delivery management community This role operates without direct line management — you lead through credibility, structure, and relationships across a global matrix environment, with a budget scope of up to $5M/year. Qualifications Demonstrated experience leading complex IT delivery programmes using Agile methodologies (Scrum/Kanban) Proven ability to coordinate multiple IT teams across concurrent workstreams in a matrix environment Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence at all levels, including senior leadership Excellent communication skills, adaptable for both technical and non-technical audiences Solid understanding of the full software delivery lifecycle Fluency in English, written and verbal Additional Information Jealott's Hill International Research Centre UK is situated in pleasant semi-rural surroundings between Bracknell and Maidenhead and is the place of work for approximately 800 Syngenta scientists and support staff.
