We are open to considering candidates on a part time or full-time basis.

Responsibilities

WHAT WILL YOUR ROLE LOOK LIKE?

As a Delivery Lead in our Digital Workplace Team, you’ll play a pivotal role in shaping how the firm adopts and evolves its use of collaboration and productivity tools. You’ll lead the successful delivery of digital workplace projects and services, working closely with colleagues across Core IT and the wider firm. This is a strategic and hands-on role, where you’ll guide a multi-disciplinary team, champion innovation, and ensure that the benefits of Microsoft 365 and related technologies are fully realised.

THOUGH THIS IS A VARIED ROLE, YOUR KEY TASKS WILL INCLUDE:

  • Leading and managing multiple digital workplace projects, ensuring delivery on time, within scope and budget
  • Coordinating cross-functional teams and fostering collaboration across disciplines
  • Developing and maintaining capacity plans to optimise resource allocation
  • Acting as the primary point of contact for internal customers, ensuring clear and timely communication
  • Ensuring quality standards are met across all deliverables
  • Identifying and mitigating project risks to support successful outcomes
  • Monitoring performance and reporting on project progress using appropriate tools
  • Driving continuous improvement and promoting best practices across the team

TO ENJOY AND SUCCEED IN THIS ROLE, YOU WILL HAVE:

  • Strong leadership and team coordination skills, with the ability to motivate and engage others
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities, including confidence in leading meetings and workshops
  • A pragmatic approach to balancing business needs with technical capabilities
  • Experience managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • A proactive mindset with strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
  • Familiarity with Microsoft technologies, including Microsoft 365 and ideally Dynamics
  • Proficiency in project management tools and methodologies (Agile and Waterfall)
  • An understanding of UX or Human-Centred Design principles (preferred but not essential)
  • A commitment to continuous improvement and delivering user-focused solutions
We would also encourage applications from candidates who perhaps do not possess all the attributes and experience listed above but are competent with the majority and would be able to quickly develop the additional skills and experience required in post with our full support.
A more detailed list of requirements for this position is available within the role profile – which is available on request.
