POSITION SUMMARY:

We are seeking an experienced Delivery Lead to join our dynamic team. This role requires a strong technical background combined with proven experience in managing and delivering complex core banking projects. The ideal candidate will lead our technical team, ensuring high-quality deliverables, while also overseeing the end-to-end delivery process, ensuring that projects are completed on time, within scope, and on budget.

REQUIRED SKILLS:

• Project experience implementing and designing core banking solution
• Experience in Core banking with SaaS, architecture, design and planning.
• Experience in data migration strategy
• Experience with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, GCP) and DevOps practices.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to handle high-pressure situations.
• Strong knowledge of software development languages and frameworks (e.g., Java, Python, .NET, etc.).

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:

• Certification in Cloud
• Certification in Database
• Experience in a client-facing role, with a proven track record of managing client relationships.
• Familiarity with modern software architecture patterns (e.g., microservices, serverless).

PREFERRED EDUCATION:

• Bachelor’s degree/Master’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science or equivalent work experience, or combination
  Experience: At least 10 year

• Lead, mentor, and inspire a team of software engineers, developers, and technical professionals for core banking consulting, development; design, build, test, debug, deploy and integration.
• Present core banking solutions to clients and stakeholders in a clear and concise manner.
• Presales activities for core banking, trade finance and payment solution
• Oversee the architecture, design, and development of technical solutions, ensuring alignment with industry best practices for integration solutions developed in-house or with off-the-shelves products
• Develop data migration strategy
• Provide hands-on coding and debugging when necessary, serving as the technical point of escalation.
• Oversee the entire project lifecycle from initiation to deployment, ensuring timely and successful delivery of projects.
• Develop detailed project plans, including timelines, milestones, and resource allocation.
• Monitor project progress, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders to foster trust and collaboration.
• Coordinate customers for migrating from old solution to new solution
