• Enable collaboration between Domains and business divisions that have staff simultaneously delivering to the same overarching business outcomes
• Liaise between business and technology to coordinate these complex and strategic initiatives
• Help squads define and plan work, to achieve the prioritised Business Outcomes
• Bring squads across multiple domains/business units are working towards the same Business Outcome, you co-ordinate the Squads’ backlog and roadmap to reduce duplication of effort, expediate the resolution of blockers, and organise sprint reviews across multiple Squads.
• Define and distribute communications within Domains and across Domains regarding the development of Epics corresponding to the cross-Domain Business Outcomes
• Liaise with Market Risk Governance and nab Internal Audit teams to co-ordinate their review and approval prior to accreditation submissions to the Regulator

• At least 5 years' experience in project, program or delivery management in banking and financial services industry
• Experience managing complex Capital Markets regulatory change
• Managing the delivery of large complex compliance initiatives
• Extensive use of structured program and project management methodologies, inclusive of change management and delivery
